Items should be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories when applicable.
Items that are damaged, stained, altered, or missing parts due to customer handling may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Email service@BigTallKings.com with your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, and the reason for the request.
Wait for our customer service team to confirm your request before sending the item back.
Ship the item to our return address after your request is approved.

Return Shipping Cost

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
